UAHT Chancellor and Hope Lion Dr. Christine Holt thanked the Hope Lions Monday for their work on the annual UAHT Fish Fry and gave a report on the results. The noted over 700 people were fed and over $10,000 was raised for the UAHT Foundation for scholarships. This was the 30th annual Fish Fry. It was started by Lion and former UAHT Chancellor Johnny Rapert.
