On April 22nd, FF Daniel Martinez and FF George Cox responded to a medical emergency to a residence regarding an infant suffering from an airway obstruction that led to cardiac arrest. These two firefighters assisted with CPR, tracheal suction, and transportation of the infant to the hospital. For their outstanding efforts, they were both awarded letters of commendation.
