“Carry the Load”stopped at the Barry’s Grocery parking lot in Hope on Thursday. The movement was started in 2011 by two U. S. Navy Seals to honor veterans, first responders, and their families. It has grown into a national movement. This trip started in Burlington VT and is headed to Dallas where it will complete the journey on Memorial Day. The idea originated with the realization that the meaning of Memorial Day had been lost. Participating in the journey were two people from Hope and a family from Rogers AR following the Bus to Dallas.

This leg of the journey was dedicated to Thomas Rosenblum and Brad Markum.
