Arturo Lozano Charged With Domestic Battery and Interference With Emergency Communications

On July 14th, 2023 at approximately 10:15pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Arturo Lozano, 38 of Hope, AR. Mr. Lozano was arrested in the 500 block of South Pine Street and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and Interference with Emergency Communications. Mr. Lozano was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
