HOPE – Emma Wright was chosen as having the best Eagle Project in the Caddo Area Council for 2023.  It was building a trellis and the things that went with it at the Hope Downtown Pocket Park.

Emma gave a speech at the Annual Caddo Area Council Banquet.  She thanked Ed Flagg, Donnie Golden, Karen Smith and myself for helping her achieve her goals.  Emma’s family was there. Eagle Scout Drake Hargis and his fiancé Makenzi attended.  Drake is an Order of the Arrow Lodge Advisor.

Emma stood out as the best among the 34 or so Council Eagle Scouts of 2023 that were recognized at the banquet. Of course we know Troop 5 Eagles are the best.
