Ashdown teens arrested in Nashville shooting

NASHVILLE – The Nashville Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday evening, April 25th at the intersection of Parker and Ansley Streets in that city at approximately 6:58 pm. The suspect(s) allegedly fired multiple shots injuring one person.

 

The unnamed victim was transported by personal vehicle to Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville.

Nashville Police Chief Amy Marion say two suspects were arrested. They were identified as Malik French, 18, of Ashdown, and a 15-year-old male juvenile, also from Ashdown.

 

Officers from the Nashville Police department, Howard County Sheriff’s Department, Arkansas State Oolice, and South Central Drug Task Force responded.
