.TEXARKANA, TX – A Prescott man, Keith Godfrey, 54, was among several individuals arrested in a recent “sting” operation in Texarkana.

The Texarkana, TX Police Department, along with investigators with the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texarkana Arkansas Police Department, Miller County Sheriff’s Office, and FBI – conducted a “sting” looking for those attempting to solicit sex with a minor.  Over the course of the multi-day operation, they arrested three men for Online Solicitation of a Minor after they allegedly reached out and communicated with an undercover officer that they thought was an underaged girl.  Dylan Dickens, 32, Jesus Rosa Rosales, 37, and Godfrey were arrested after they each then allegedly showed up at the address that the undercover officer gave them.
