Hope Civitan Club Hears Program on Hamilton Haven

 Christy Higginbotham (right), Assistant Executive Director of Hamilton Haven, recently spoke to the Hope Civitan Club.  Hamilton Haven is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Prescott, which provides temporary housing in a safe neighborhood for families and individuals transitionng from crisis to stability.

     Higginbotham, pictured with Civitan Twyla Pruden, said those families and individuals are referred to as “neighbors” and the vision of Hamilton Haven is “to provide immediate respite and hope for those displaced families and individuals.”  Hamilton Haven is described as “a place of refuge when the heart is overwhelmed” on the brochures that Higginbotham distributed during the Civitan meeting.
