Heather Manor Holds Coffee In Honor of National Nursing Home Week

Heather Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hope hosted the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee on Wednesday May 15th.  The Coffee is a tradition in honor of “National Nursing Home Week”.  Heather Manor always has plenty of activities for this special week and love to have community members come visit their facility and residents.
