Hope, AR, July 22, 2024– We are thrilled to announce the launch of our revised course, Mediterranean Diet: Cuisine, Cooking, and Learning. This exciting and informative course is offered through the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, Family and Consumer Sciences Department. This course is designed for anyone interested in embracing a healthier lifestyle while savoring the rich and diverse flavors of the Mediterranean.
The class will be held at Southwest Research and Extension Center, 362 Hwy 174N, Hope, AR 71801, August 15th at 2:00 or August 19th at 5:00. The course is the same for both classes. The cost to register is $10.00 and individuals need to preregister by August 9th. Class is being conducted and sponsored by Hempstead County Extension Health Ambassadors.
