$1 million lottery ticket sold in Prescott

LITTLE ROCK – Three big winners claimed a total of more than $1.5 million in prizes at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) Claim Center on Monday, July 29.

An anonymous Clayton, Georgia, resident recently won $1 million playing the $1,000,000 VIP Club instant game.

The winning ticket was sold at G Quick Mart on 2252 Highway 19 N. in Prescott.

The winner purchased the $20 ticket during a trip to the grocery store shortly before he planned to return home. Of course, he took a detour to the ASL Claim Center in Little Rock after winning the $1 million top prize.

β€œIt’s very life-changing,” the winner shared with lottery officials.

Having always dreamed of winning the lottery, the lucky winner feels overjoyed with the $1 million prize. He plans to buy a home and pay bills with his winnings.
