UPDATE: Ms. Moser has been found and is safe.

HOPE – The Hope Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Missing/Endangered Person. Roberta Moser, 43, was reported missing from the 700 block of Greenwood Street on 11/25/2024. Moser was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a tan sweatshirt.

Moser has no family or friends in the Hope, AR area and her whereabouts are unknown. Moser suffers from mental health disorders.
