AEHC Cares

Join us if you would like to do some volunteer work for the community, learn a new skill, develop a leadership skill, have fun, and make friends? You can do one or many more of these activities in Extension Homemakers Council, (EHC). The Hempstead County Extension Homemakers are hosting a gathering for community members to learn more about the program and share a Leader Training on AEHC Cares State Project

AEHC Cares is a boots-on-the-ground project that asks AEHC members to reach out and find ways to educate and support other community members.

The gathering will be on February 13th at 10:00 A.M. and another gathering at 7:00 P.M. at Hempstead County Extension Office,

1800 East Third Street. It is free and open to all with light refreshments being served. If you have any questions or need more information about the gathering contact Hempstead County Extension office 870-777-5771 or email Terrie James, tjames@uada.edu.
