HOPE – On Thursday, February 27th, 2025, at about 10:30am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Ashley Youngblood, 36 of Texarkana, AR in the 300 block of North Washington Street. Ms. Youngblood was charged with Expired Vehicle Tags, driving while license suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Ms. Youngblood was held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at about 6:56pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Nyla Muldrew, 22 of Hope in the 2200 block of Bill Clinton Drive. Ms. Muldrew was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family/Household Member and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
On Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, at 9:45pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Carl Johnson, 62 of Hope in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Johnson was charged with Public Intoxication and Battery 2nd Degree and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
