Penny Irene Glass Almond

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Penny Irene Glass Almond, a beloved mother, daughter, and esteemed member of the community. Born on May 1, 1961, to Robert and Doneta Glass, Penny graced this world with her presence for 64 years before departing on May 3, 2025.

Penny Almond was a Homemaker, which led her to different avenues, it was her role as a loving mother that truly defined her. She leaves behind five cherished sons, Eric, Matt, Cody, Gray, and Aron Almond, who were the pride and joy of her life. Left to cherish her memory are her brothers Bob, Joe, Jack, Jim Glass, Robby Crips, and Tim Maroon, niece Misty Cloud, and a great number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Doneta Glass, stepfather Elmer Daniels, two sisters Cindy Crips and Nancy Maroon.

Penny’s kind spirit, unwavering love, and selfless devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her dedication to her loved ones and her nurturing ways enriched the lives of those around her.

In her quiet strength, Penny found her greatest achievements in the simple moments shared with her family. Her memory will continue to live on through the love she shared and the values she instilled in her children.

As we mourn the loss of Penny Almond, let us remember her with fondness and gratitude for the warmth and love she brought into our lives. May she rest in peace, knowing that her legacy of love and kindness will endure in the hearts of those who knew her.
