Grayson Jackson receives Farm Credit Scholarship
FORT SMITH – Grayson Jackson, 2025 Prescott High School graduate, is one of forty western Arkansas students awarded an academic scholarship from Farm Credit of Western Arkansas.
Grayson plans to attend University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana in the fall. Grayson is the daughter of Farm Credit member Eric Jackson.
“We proudly award this well-deserved scholarship in recognition of Grayson’s many academic accomplishments and student leadership,” said Farm Credit of Western Arkansas CEO Brandon Haberer.
“We’ve distributed more than $440,000 in scholarship awards since 1996 to help talented young people like Grayson achieve their academic goals,” Haberer added. “These scholarships demonstrate our commitment to the next generation of agriculture and community leaders.”
As a financial cooperative, Farm Credit lends money to farmers, ranchers and rural homeowners. The association has more than $2 billion in assets, over 12,000 members and 23 branch offices across 41 western Arkansas counties.
