HOPE – On Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, at 1:49pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Deborah Adams, 55 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mrs. Adams was served with a warrant for Theft of Property over $5,000.00 and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
