HOPE – On Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, at 1:33pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Phillip Williams, 35 of Hope, AR in the 200 block of West 13th Street. Mr. Williams was charged with Commercial Burglary and Theft by Receiving. Mr. Williams was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first court appearance.
