HOPE – Hope Public Schools celebrated the love, strength, patience and care that mothers, grandmothers and caregivers pour into their families every day.

Hope Schools celebrated teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week for preparing students not just for tests and assignments but for life, leadership, problem solving and service.

Special Olympics took place recently in Ashdown. Throughout the event there was a lot of laughter, celebration, encouragement and joy.

With softball season drawing to a close senior Lady Bobcats were celebrated.

A Staff vs. Students game allowed for a fun competition between the two sides.

Hope High School Students received the American Society Welding Certification.

Along with 16 students being recognized for their skills at bi-literacy Kayla Vaughn who teaches at Beryl Henry and Yerger was recognized by Flashlight Literacy as one of the top 100 teachers in the nation for teaching bi-literacy. This is her 4th year in the district and second year teaching Biliteracy. This is the first year Hope has participated in the Flashlight 360 program.
