Gary Delbert Gregory, age 72, of Ashdown, Arkansas formerly of Hope passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Mr. Gregory was born on May 26, 1954, in Harvard, Illinois to his parents Delbert and Mary Kay Chisholm Gregory. He faithfully served in Law Enforcement for 35 years, serving in many capacities, even serving four years as the Little River County Sheriff. He also had a love for working on the Gregory Dairy Farm.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother-in-law, Tommy Pope.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 33 years, Connie Gregory; two sons, Brandon Tatom and Delbert “DJ” Gregory; one brother, Terry Gregory (Tammy); one sister, Debbie Pope; and one grandson, Mason Tatom; and one nephew, Brian Pope.
Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Crane officiating. Burial will follow at Shover Springs Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home, The Funeral Home of Hope, Ben Brazzel, Director.
