HOPE – On Sunday, June 21st, 2026, at 11:09pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Stacy Stafford, 52 of Hope, AR in the 100 block of West 16th Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Stafford
was charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree and Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr.
Stafford was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first
court appearance.
