Our congratulations go to Charlotte Bradley who was honored by Hope Water & Light Tuesday (6-23) with a reception at the Water & Light office. It has been our pleasure to work with Charlotte for many years and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Our best wishes go to Charlotte upon her retirement.
