HOPE – On Monday, July 13th, 2026, at 9:30am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Andrea Turner, 52 of Hope, AR in the 1200 block of North Greening Street. Ms. Turner was
charged with Abuse of an Endangered or Impaired Person and transported to the Hempstead
County Detention Facility to be held pending a first court appearance.
On Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at 3:24pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Herbert Stuart, 44 of Hope, AR in the 700 block of South Elm Street. Mr. Stuart was charged
with Battery 2nd Degree and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held
pending a first court appearance.
On Thursday, July 16th, 2026, at 3:07am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Patrick Gamble, 40 of Hope, AR in the 1800 block of South Elm Street. Mr. Gamble was
charged with Aggravated Assault, Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and Terroristic Threatening 1st
Degree. Mr. Gamble was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held
pending a first court appearance.
On Thursday, July 16th, 2026, at 3:00pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Gregory Green, 59 of Ozan, AR in the 2600 block of North Hervey Street. Mr. Green was
charged with Commercial Burglary (2 counts) and Theft of Property (2 counts). Mr. Green was
transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held pending a first court
appearance.
On Thursday, July 16th, 2026, at 8:46pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Cherkela Jackson, 24 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Ms. Jackson
was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family Member and transported to the Hempstead
County Detention Facility to be held pending a first court appearance.
