Peggy Beth Comer, age 70, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Friday July 24th, 2026, at her home.
Peggy was born on July 12, 1956, in Hope, Arkansas to her parents, Fred and Patricia Fuller as the third of four daughters born to Mr. and Mrs. Fuller.
A graduate of Henderson State University, Peggy was a Certified Public Accountant by education and served a number of roles in the Hope Community including Auditor and Vice President of Citizens National Bank, Plant Manager of SMI Steel Joist Plant, a devoted friend and mentor to countless others, although her favorite and most cherished role was that of Mamaw to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Peggy married her High School sweetheart, Dale, in 1973 and spent her life devoted to him for 53 years. She was his right hand, while he was her left. They were a true match made in Heaven and the best of friends.
Peggy was an amazing cook and loved cooking large meals for her family. Just ask her great-grandsons about her famous ribs and everyone about her sweet potato casserole. She loved the water and spent as much time at Lake Greeson as she did at home. Peggy was a devout Christian with a strong faith in Jesus.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Patricia Fuller, and sisters Elaine Fuller and Lynne Fuller Reese.
Left to cherish the life and memories of Peggy are her husband of 53 years, Dale Comer, her only child Chris Comer (Arron), grand-children Garth (Natalie), Kelsey, Hunter (Zhein), Matthew (Erica), Nathan, and Madison, great-grandchildren Ben, Eivan, Cayton, Sawyer, Haven, Lakenn, Olive and her honorary great-grandchildren Conan and Ava, her sister Barbara (Mike), along with numerous family and friends that loved her dearly.
The world lost a bright light by the passing of Peggy, she touched lives and hearts everywhere she went, and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, with Bro. Eric Fisher officiating at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home, The Funeral Home of Hope, Ben Brazzel, Director.
