Sam and Bonnie Raff will celebrate their 60th Wedding Anniversary, on Sunday, August 9, 2026. They were married in 1966 by Bonnie’s uncle in Hugoton, Kansas. They were both public school teachers teaching in Fort Defiance, Arizona on the Navajo Indian reservation for 15 years and in Liberal, Kansas until after their retirement. Sam taught science, industrial arts, and house building in the vocational school for 35 years. Bonnie taught first grade and title one reading for 30 years. Sam and Bonnie moved to Hope , Arkansas in October 0f 2018 to be closer to their daughter, Linda, son-in-law Barry Haynes and two grandchildren, Calvin Haynes and Maggie Haynes Smith. They attend the Hope Church of Christ. on 1815 Rocky Mound Road. Our congratulations and best wishes go to Mr. and Mrs. Raff!
