HOPE – On Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, at 2:00pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested
Davarious Taylor, 19 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Taylor was
charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person(s) and Filing a False Report with Law
Enforcement. Mr. Taylor was held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first
court appearance.
On Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, at 8:08pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Eric Adams, 46 of Hope, AR in the 900 block of Jones Street. Mr. Adams was charged with
Aggravated Assault and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court
appearance.
