Jennifer Ghormley, City of Hope Code Enforcement Officer, recently spoke to the Hope Civitan Club, explaining her duties and their importance in keeping Hope a clean and safe living environment. She touched on condemnation of unsafe structures, plumbing inspections, parking issues, and other matters that can potentially lead to code violations.
