While we were delivering papers on Wednesday (9-2), we encountered our downtown neighbor (and downtown resident) Steve Harris watering the planters in downtown Hope. The dry weather has been hard on the plants but Harris has downtown looking green. The Harris’ are one of two households in the downtown area. We have a feeling there will be more in months and years to come…and Steve, thanks for being a good downtown neighbor!
