SPRING HILL – Hempstead County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee: Mrs. McCain and Mrs. McDonald’s 1st graders ended their week making homemade ice cream and milking Bessie!!! They listened to, A Tale of the Dairy Godmother, Chuck’s Ice Cream Wish! The students enjoyed a dairy ag reader and color sheet!!
Lots and lots of fun was had!! They shook, jumped, and danced around getting their ice cream firm enough to eat! Thanks to Mrs. Briana, Mrs. Melanie and Mrs. Mindy for a fun afternoon today!!
