The Prescott Curley Wolves scored a touchdown in the first quarter, and that was it, as the Fordyce Redbugs claimed a 46-7 victory in high school football Friday night.
Fordyce opened scoring with a 52-yard interception return for a touchdown by Jamartez Stroud, failing on a two point conversion. Prescott answered with Tilden McKillion scoring on a 12-yard run.
The Redbugs took control in the 2nd quarter on a two-yard run by Micah Gamble, who followed four minutes later with an 83-yard run.
Fordyce added three more touchdowns in the third quarter on a 79-yard pass play, a 30-yard pass, and another interception return by Stroud, this time for 41 yards.
Fordyce finished their scoring with a two-yard run in the fourth quarter.
