It was 91 degrees in the shade but a nice breeze made things comfortable as the Southwest Arkansas District Fair kicked off with their annual parade. Children of all ages lined the streets of downtown Hope to enjoy local law enforcement leading the parade. There were floats, queens, veterans and more in this great parade.
