TEXARKANA, TX – We need your help finding 66-year-old Phillip Welch of Prescott, Arkansas.
He was discharged from Christus St. Michael Hospital around 2:00 Monday afternoon. He waited about six hours for someone to come pick him up and take him home, but when no one showed up, he left the hospital on foot around 8:15 Monday night. His family reported him missing later last night after he never made it home and they were unable to locate him. We looked for him all night but haven’t been able to find him.
Mr. Welch is 6’1″ tall and weighs about 125 pounds. When he left the hospital, he was wearing a camouflage hoodie, black pants, black slide sandals, and blue socks. He suffers from a cognitive disorder and has problems with his legs that make it difficult for him to walk for long periods of time. We’re concerned about his safety and need your help locating him.
