Kiwanis Club Hears Arts Council Program

HOPE- The Hope Kiwanis Club heard a program on the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council on Tuesday October 24th. Arts Council board members Catherine Cook and Brian Berry gave the program. They noted the Arts Council has a new director, George Smith. They also noted there is a gallery showing of the works of Sandy Newberg currently.
