On July 24, at approximately 10:00am, officers arrested Patrick Hunter, 52, of Hope, and charged him with aggravated assault. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Patmos Road in Hope, Arkansas. Hunter was held for a first appearance at the Hempstead County Detention Facility.
On July 24, at approximately 4:20pm, officers arrested John W. Poindexter, 61, of Hope and charged him with a foreign warrant. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of West Avenue D, in Hope, Arkansas. Poindexter was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility where he was later charged with residential burglary, theft of property (x2), and breaking or entering into a motor vehicle in connection with other investigations. Mr. Poindexter was held for a 1st appearance.
