On June 3, 2020, at approximately 12:15pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested John W. Wilson, 57, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with battery 3rd degree, possession of a controlled substance –cocaine, and served him with a foreign warrant. The arrest occurred in the 800 block of East Avenue A in Hope. Wilson was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On June 7, 2020, at approximately 5:45pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Terry Wesley, 29, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with domestic battery 3rd degree and forgery 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of East 5th Street, in Hope. Wesley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
