Youth night at HCHU Saturday

HOPE – A second youth night will be held Saturday, March 7, at the Hempstead County Health Unit from 5-7 p.m.

The topic is surviving depression and anxiety with Brooke Jackson the featured speaker.

There will be games, food, prizes, fun and a chance to learn more about dealing with depression and anxiety. There is no cost and those attending are encouraged to bring a friend. This is for people 18-21.
