
WEST FORK – A former Prescott resident was killed early Saturday morning in a one vehicle crash in Washington County in northwest Arkansas. According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Jayson Tinsley, 22, of Fayetteville, was traveling south on Interstate 49 at the 52 mile marker near West Fork in a 2006 BMW 5CI when he left the roadway to the right and struck a tree. After striking a tree, the vehicle struck a rock bluff, landed on the passenger side and caught fire.
The crash happened at 2:00 am. Trooper Alexandria Duncan was the investigating officer.
