Officers from the Arkansas State Police and Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department were on the scene on the Spring Hill Road (state highway 174) around 12:30pm after a truck left the road and came to stop against a culvert. Ironically, the accident occurred in front of an auto repair shop, TNT Automotive.
