Pafford Medical Services and Valor EMS align to serve Clark and Dallas Counties

ARKADELPHIA — Hope-based Pafford Medical Services has announced that it will provide 911 emergency medical services across Clark and Dallas Counties. Following the closure of Valor EMS operations, Pafford is ensuring continued ambulance coverage for both areas. Valor EMS founder and CEO John “JD” Windham organized a meeting with Pafford as a trusted partner, knowing that both organizations have always shared the same mission: to provide the highest level of compassionate, professional care to the neighbors and communities they serve.

The transition follows conversations between Valor EMS Founder and CEO John “JD” Windham and Pafford Medical Services President and CEO Jamie Pafford-Gresham, centered on maintaining consistent, dependable emergency care across both counties. With a shared approach to patient care and community service, the transition allows for continuity while strengthening operational support in the region.
As part of this transition, JD Windham will join Pafford Medical Services in a regional management role, continuing to support operations and serve the residents of Clark and Dallas Counties. His experience in the region and the relationships he has built will ensure continuity and familiarity for the communities served.

911 ambulance coverage remains fully in place, with no disruption to service during the transition. Pafford Medical Services, alongside members of the former Valor team, is positioned to provide consistent response and maintain a strong presence across both counties.
Pafford Medical Services is grateful for the opportunity to serve Clark and Dallas Counties and remains focused on delivering dependable emergency care with professionalism and accountability.
