
BLEVINS – Blevins High School students have been hard at work taking their Atlas exams. They have shown a lot of improvement in their test taking strategies and scores. They also showed that they know how to enjoy themselves afterwards with a competitive game of kickball between students and staff. During the game a rubber chicken was spotted bobbing in the back of someone’s backpack!
Field Day T shirts are for sale. The orders must be received by April 24th for the Group Discount. The deadline is this Friday.
For Seniors and their parents and guardians notice is given that a baby picture of the student for the look back, an appropriate quote and Senior ads all need to be submitted by April 30th.
School choice for students is open with a deadline of May 1st. There is no tuition for the college program.
Senior spotlights are being posted with congratulations to each one. Already posted are Andrew Davidson, Jackson Banner, Andrew Block, Cavier Bazzelle, TyAshia Armstrong and Logan Adamson.
Pee Wee end of season party was a success!
Tonight (April 22nd) is Senior Night and a Baseball game against Cossatot afterwards on Hornet Field. Senior Night will be at 4:30 and the game begins at 5.
The District celebrated Administrative Professionals Fay and gave thanks to Ms. Sandra, Ms. Sherry and Ms. Tammy for all the work they do in keeping school running smoothly.
Incoming 8-12th grade parents and students are asked to attend a student success plan meeting on Monday May 8th from 5-6 in the cafeteria.
High School Senior Graduation will take place in the Imon Brown Gymnasium on Friday, May 15th at 6.
