Jerrilynn Golden – Updated

Jerrilynn Golden, 59, was born on September 23, 1966, and entered her heavenly home on May 28, 2026. Though her passing came before the celebration, she had been eagerly making plans for her 60th birthday this fall—a celebration her family and friends intend to continue in her honor.

Jerrilynn was born to Thomas and Gearldine Eldridge of Eagletown, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gearldine Eldridge; her sister, Terri Owen; and her brother-in-law, Neal Owen, and mother-in-law, Martha Golden.

She is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 23 years, Donnie Golden; her daughters, Jerha and D’Aunna; her sons, Wylie, Dustin, and Andrew; and her ten beloved grandchildren: Cadence, Colee, Kenah, Aubrey, Geraet, Mylie, Kaison, Maisie, Landon, and Archie. She is also survived by her father, Thomas Eldridge; her sister, Sherri “Peanut”; and her brother, Charlie Eldridge and wife Tina, father-in-law, Roy Golden along with many extended family members and dear friends.

Jerrilynn was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud MeeMee to her ten grandchildren. She raised five children, including four Eagle Scouts, and treasured each of them deeply. Her family was the center of her world, and she carried each one in a special place in her heart.

A woman of strong Baptist faith, Jerrilynn loved the Lord and lived her life with kindness, generosity, and joy. Standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, she was certainly hard to miss, but it was her beauty, warm spirit, and infectious personality that truly filled every room she entered.

She loved people and found joy in laughter, fellowship, and making memories with those she loved. An outdoorswoman at heart, Jerrilynn enjoyed fishing, camping, beach trips, and her husband’s outdoor cooking. She also had a playful side and loved ghost hunting and teasing Donnie whenever she had the chance. The sunshine, the beach, and time spent with family were among her greatest joys.

Jerrilynn’s legacy of love, faith, laughter, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
