BLEVINS – August 6th will be a busy day for Blevins Schools! There will be a Parents’ meeting for the Virtual Academy. Students will be taught a quality program by certified teachers while they enjoy the comfort of their home. They will have a flexible schedule and be eligible for all sports and programs and can become eligible for the Hempstead Guarantee. Students can walk at graduation and earn a Blevins High School diploma.
The Blevins Stomp team is having a bake sale on Aug 6th from 4-7.
High School parking passes will be available for purchase for $5 on August 6th from 5-7. Students must have a copy of the driver’s license, proof of insurance and current registration. Blevins has announced Peewee Football signups. In order to sign up a link is clicked and a Google document filled out.
Senior sidewalk party is a free event. The date will be announced soon. Blevins’ seniors will paint their own section of the school sidewalk.
There’s a reminder to stop for the bus both ways to protect the kids. It’s the law with fines and suspensions for violations.
Hornets’ boys basketball schedule is posted with the first game on November 10th.
