A two vehicle accident occurred at 12:11 p.m. in the 2000 block of S. Main.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred at 11:30 p.m. in the 800 block of S. Nancy.

INCIDENTS:

Aaron Sharp, 55, of Hope, was charged with third degree battery at 10:22 a.m. at Horizon’s.

Shauntonio Frierson, 36, of Hope, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Walker and charged with fleeing on foot and served with a failure to comply and foreign warrant.

Deon Johnson, 47, of Hope, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. in the 500 block of Caney Creek Dr. and charged with third degree domestic battery and served with a warrant for failure to appear.

Eduardo Salas, and Melanie Friaga, both 19 of Hope, were arrested at 7:53 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.

John Nelson, 20, of Hope, was arrested and charged with first degree forgery and theft of property from an incident that occurred at 5:11 p.m. at Madlock’s Shell.He was also served with a failure to appear warrant. The original incident occurred on Jan. 24.
