Mrs. Mary Jane Lambert

IMG_1237Mrs. Mary Jane Lambert, age 81 of Emmet, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Prescott. She was born in Emmet, Arkansas on April 29, 1935 to Irving and Alta Mae Hamric Davis. She was retired from the Southwest Arkansas Development Counsel for Aging and a member of New Liberty Baptist. She had sold Home Interior products and she loved to entertain her family and friends. Mrs. Lambert is preceded in death by her parents; Irving and Alta Mae Davis, her husband, Robert E. Lambert, a son; Johnny Martin, three brothers; Buddy, Jack and I.B. Davis, her sister; Mildred Aslin and her son-in-law; Randall Tipton.

Survivors include; son; Bobby Lambert, his wife, Trudy of Emmet, two daughters; Gina Roberts, her husband, Terry of Cordova, Tennessee and Linda Tipton of Emmet, nine grandchildren: Susan Ellis of Sutton, Jason Martin of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lauren Roberts of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Amanda Pruitt of Charleston, West Virginia, Ashley Lambert of Emmet, Caroline Green of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Michael Lambert of Emmet, Carley Geurin of Benton and Carmen Joslin of Benton, four great-grandchildren: Caleb Ellis of Sutton, Ava Jane Lambert of Hope, Cason Joslin of Benton, and Loxley Stuhr of Hope, other family members and friends.

Donations may be made to the New Liberty Baptist Church Youth Group % Mrs. Lauren Snell 916 Hwy. 299 East Emmet, AR 71835, in lieu of flowers.

Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main St. Hope, AR.

Funeral service, 2:00pm on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. James Cox and Bro. Frank Henson officiating. Burial in Harmony Cemetery in Sutton, Arkansas.   1. Dearest Gina, I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother. My prayers are with you and your family. God Bless your family with comfort during this time. You were my RA at Bussey Hall in the Fall of 1980.
