ACCIDENTS

A two vehicle accident occurred at 1:05 p.m. in the 1300 block of N. Hervey.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 11:45 p.m. at Horizon’s.

ARRESTS

Richard Harris, 55, of Hope, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the 1500 block of Confederate Ave. and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and refusal to submit.

Dairus Johnson, 19, of Ozan, and Cameron Rowe, 23, of Hope, were arrested at 8:56 p.m. in the 800 block of W. Division and charged with obstructing government operations. Rowe was also served with a foreign warrant.

Elijah Carre, 24, of Emmet, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. in the 700 block of W. Ave. A and charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monique Scott, 34, of Blevins, and John Anderson, 54, of Hope, were arrested at 10:29 p.m. in the 400 block of N. Elm. Scott was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, while Anderson was charged with no driver’s license and served with a foreign warrant.

Jasmine Hale, 24, of Hope, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. in the 31oo block of Country Club Lane and charged with second degree domestic battery.

Chelsea Burns, 28, of Hope, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and served with a foreign warrant.

A 17-year-old Hope boy was arrested at 2:12 a.m. in the 900 block of S. Elm and charged with curfew violations, minor in possession of alcohol and minor in possession of tobacco products.

Donetta Turner, 35, and Derry Henery, 32, both of Hope, were arrested at 10:40 a.m. at Yerger Terrace and charged with third degree domestic battery.

Dean Cage, 25, of Hope, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. in the 3100 block of Country Club Lane and charged with aggravated assault, third degree battery and possession of firearms by certain persons.

OTHER

Deonte Johnson, 22, of Hople, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery from an incident that occurred at 1:30 a.m. on April 15 at the Exxon Superstation. He was also charged with criminal mischief in the first degree and interfering with emergency communications first degree. The incident originally occurred at 10:03 a.m. on May 31 at Hopewell Loop.
