Surfacing Project Begins On Hempstead 29

MCCASKILL- An asphalt paving project has started on Hempstead 29. The contractor, Tri-State Asphalt Inc., had moved their equipment in and are ready to start one lane.

Residents and drivers in the area should use extreme caution, avoiding equipment and personnel and don’t drive on newly laid surface or the tack (tar) substance that precedes it. Trust me.
