Cattle Receipts: 1908 Last week: 1495 Last year: 1052
Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to 3.00 higher. Feeder heifers
steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 2.00-
3.00 lower.
Supply included 385 preconditioned cattle which were weaned 45 days and have
had 2 rounds of shots. 839 feeder calves; 540 yearlings; 15 replacement cows;
107 slaughter cows; 22 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 42 percent
English and English crosses; 38 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 20 percent
Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 60 percent steers and
bulls; 40 percent heifers. Prices follow with weighted average price in
