Nursing Continuing Education Conference Featuring Barb Bancroft Held At U of A/Hope

Hempstead Hall was the site Tuesday October 10th for a Continuing Education Conference for nurses and nursing students. The conference featured Barb Bancroft, a wide acclaimed nurse educator. There were nearly 350 people on hand for the conference including about 270 nursing students. Bancroft spoke on “physical assessment” and the importance of pinpointing problems early. The conference also attracted nursing faculty and students from as far away as Hot Springs and Oklahoma. The conference ran from 7:30am until 3pm.
