Jimmy W. Hamilton, 63 of Columbus, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born January 28, 1954 in Houston, Texas to Allen W. and Hazel Ray Hamilton.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother and father.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hamilton of Columbus, Arkansas; one son, Jimmy Wayne Hamilton Jr. of Columbus, Arkansas; three daughters, Kristie and husband Allen Skinner of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Rebecca Hamilton of Columbus, Arkansas, Melissa Hamilton of Nashville, Arkansas; two brothers, Allen Hamilton of Murfreesboro, Arkansas and Bill Hamilton of Lockesburg, Arkansas; four sisters, Lynn Gross of Hooks, Texas, Ann Woodall of Hooks, Texas, Johnie Gail Gray of Prescott, Arkansas, Jeannie Cochran of Nashville, Arkansas; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 9:30am to 10:30am Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes Hope, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be 11:00am Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Columbus Cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Dale officiating under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes of Hope.
