UAHT offering forklift class

HOPE – A forklift certification training class will be held at the University of Arkansas Hope campus on Saturday, January 27, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Technical & Industrial Building room 160.

The class is $75 per person and is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. The class, instructed by Iry T. Rice, is compliant with OSHA specifications.

“Forklift certification is a useful tool that is an asset to numerous industries in our region. Many jobs pay more for people who have forklift certification,” said Anna Powell, Director of Continuing Education.
